good free breakfast, spacious rooms!

Gorgeous hotel and casino. Super staff. I would definitely recommend this place for all

Nice

Stay was perfect and really enjoyable.

Great new hotel. Clean. Quiet. Convenient location. Good parking. Would stay again!

Would definitely return and stay here! The accommodations were fantastic, the area felt extremely safe and the breakfast selection exceeded my expectations. Although, the car park is not exclusive to the hotel there is private access to the hotel with no safety concern. There was also plenty of parking that was available on the street ($0) between 10pm - 8am & $2.50/hour outside of the posted times.

Good visit but ran over a crack pipe and lighter in parking lot so should be cleaned regularly

The hotel was convenient, clean and staff are courteous. The breakfast was fresh and coffee was hot. Great place for tired traveler.

Love the hotel, very clean and the breakfast was sumptuous.

It’s perfect if you are going to a game at the United Center

Excellent hotel!

Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. It's proximity to the L had its pros and cons. The only con being the noise but it was so minimal that you only heard it while sitting on the window...

The concierge staff, especially Andres were amazing! They helped us check in on a full house day and made some great recommendations for places to check out in Chicago
