We stayed just the one night but the staff was helpful and our room was great. Service at the hotel was excellent We went to football game but walked down to beach in the morning prior to the game

This is a lovely property and with the secluded beach in front of, it’s a must do. They also include a bike rental and a paddle board rental with your stay. This was my second time there and it won’t be my last.

Great location walakble to Venice beach and area. Very safe and quiet area as well. Property is top shelf, clean, quiet with great restaurant/bar. Locals love this place too.

The bedroom itself and the kitchenette was fine for one night. We did not hear much traffic noise but did hear our neighbouring units, doors closing, loud conversations. The bathroom was certainly not mold-free. Even running the exhaust in the bathroom, the mirror remained foggy for hours after a shower. The sink counter also seemed to be falling off the wall, it was tilted and not level. Beyond the bathroom, the stay was acceptable.

Dan is excellent but the lady that work in guest serivce (her son also works there) very disrespectful. She did not know anything about our reservation but dan fixed everything. Thanks Dan. Room was okay but washroom and shower needs to be clean .. alot rust and need to clean carpets. Everything else all good

Friendly staff, charming room with view of the beach. Clean, nice bathroom. All in all, very happy with my stay.

Great vibe. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

It is very close to Universal Studios and offers free parking. There is a 24-hour coffee machine, and bread is provided in the morning. The surrounding area is safe, with various restaurants nearby. In fact, it feels more like a motel than a hotel. However, overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff.

We stayed for 2 nights, the rooms look new and big! The staff were okay! The breakfast was good and lots of parking!!

Lovely staff, spacious room, most comfortable beds. Rooftop pool is a little small, but quiet and spacious with a bar and food options. Also have “wine time” between 5-7 everyday and free drip coffee in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again :)

Everything about tbe establishment is top notch - staff, service, room condition all great. Being DTLA is the unfortunate part but there's always going to be trade-off for the price of stay.

Clean room and excellent service

The room was very clean, roomy, and the staff were very helpful, especially Kelly who is always smiling 😃 and making us feeling so welcomed and comfortable and wanting to come again. Although we felt that between rooms there seemed not very well soundproofed comparing with some other similar hotels, but we still sleeped well for the 2 nights we stayed there. I would recommend it to friends.

All of the staff were friendly and kind, the rooms were very clean and the hotel was very quiet which was nice.
