"Room was nice, concierge was nice. My problem with this and my last couple stays at Marriott is the extra charges. Parking is charged at $20/day - not stated up front, not included and no choice to opt out. No included breakfast - not even minimal coffee. In my previous stays, I forgot my coat in the room and they threw it out (or stole it), extra charges, and unfulfilled promises in dealing with issues. I like Marriott but will be looking elsewhere for future stays"

"Staff were really nice. They have a good library of books to read in the reception area. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available at reception. Only issues were that the smell of Lysol in the room was really strong, even after airing out, and the cleaning staff was yacking loudly on the phone in the morning outside our room. But they were very friendly! Rooms are pretty basic but very clean and comfortable. No extra blanket and a very light one on the bed so be sure to ask for another if you need it."

"The room was clean but veryyy old the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, it was very small the sink was outside of the bathroom. The staff were friendly, breakfast area is super small everyone was practically standing on top of each other to get their food. "

"The room is kept clean and comfortable, but the entire hotel seems to be aging with little updating. The food options onsite are limited and pricey. The staff seemed overwhelmed having to manage all of the onsite orders, room service, and the bar with two people visibly working most days. The parking appears to be crumbling. The room is meant for four, we had a party of three but consistently received only two bath towels. The shower products were all empty our first morning, the safe didn’t work, the bathroom has no noticeable ventilation, we had no “do not disturb” option, and the fitness center had 1 of 3 treadmills and 1 of 3 elliptical machines working. There were no towels every morning we entered the fitness center, and the wipes to clean the machines ran out. The pool is decent, beyond the jumping children whose parents clearly interpreted no diving as cannon balls being acceptable. The showers to wash off before the pool were not used by anybody else while there; we used them but the water was ice cold. The location, onsite coffee from Starbucks, and cleanliness are the most redeeming qualities of our stay."

"Absolutely amazing that from the front door staff to the inside of hotel lobby staff they were all welcoming and very friendly welcoming gifts. The place was amazing. It was beautiful clean. I couldn't ask for more."
