"First, horrible location with trucks everywhere like u were in an industrial location. Then We were welcomed to a worn out lobby but the staff at the desk was somewhat friendly . The check in process was smooth and easy but on getting to the room. We were greeted by torn and worn out furniture. The WC needed to be wrestled down to flush. It was definitely not a warm enticing welcome . A room swab request was made but the alternative wasn’t any better and since o couldn’t get a refund we decided to stay. "

"The hotel is aesthetically very pleasing and well located, but the on-site karaoke bar was a huge miss for us. Somehow we didn't realize this was in the lobby of the hotel when we booked, and it was incredibly disruptive and loud starting at 7pm. By 10pm, we had to ask to move rooms to a higher floor to get away from the noise. The rooms are stylish and decently appointed, if not a bit sparse. I was looking for a fun getaway for myself and my teenage daughter but the "cool" vibes ultimately backfired on us and robbed us of a relaxing stay. "

"There was gum stuck to the head board of the bed when we checked in. Took a shower the tub filled with water took hours to drain the shower head looked dirty. The the tub spout leaked when the shower was on. The pool looked dirty didn't go in. Breakfast was good though."

"No actual breakfast for $11 extra: a basked with apples and another basket with one type of muffin and another type of a pastry. That's all."

"Overcrowded I guess. Spa is booked weeks in advance. No hot tub..Just a pool. Full of kids. Waste of money coming here. Holiday Inn would have been a better choice. Just a hotel with a gambling section. Nothing special"
