So far this is the worst hotel I experienced in Vernon the room was smelly and so hot when we arrived.

Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was disappointing, primarily due to the customer service. The front desk staff came across as defensive, dismissive, and at times passive-aggressive rather than helpful. Before our stay, I specifically called to ask about parking because we had two vehicles. I was told there were two parking stalls available, but that parking two cars would cost $100 for our two-night stay. When we arrived, we were told we could only park one vehicle and that the previous information was merely a “hypothetical” cost. This was frustrating and misleading. We also discovered that the stove in our suite wasn’t working. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience, staff simply said maintenance would come at some point, with no estimated timeframe or indication of urgency. The gym’s air conditioning was also not working, making it uncomfortable to use. Again, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Lastly, the wrong credit card was charged for our hotel stay. We specifically asked that the card given for the deposit was NOT charged and to use the card on file instead. Disappointing. Problems can happen at any hotel, but what stood out was the hotel’s lack of accountability when faced with problems. I would not choose to stay here again based on the level of customer service we received.

Everyone was very friendly that I communicated with, the unit itself was beautiful and all the rooms were perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend this rental and cannot wait to return.
