Malakwa Vacation Packages

All staff I interacted with were friendly, personable and helpful. Even the manager was regularly present and helping with guests and was very kind. All were welcoming towards my pet and they even gave me treats for her. The room was clean and well laid out. Over all it was a great stay and I would choose them over a different hotel on my next trip

This hotel has two major problems: the plumbing, and the lack of directions on how to navigate the hotel. When we arrived we were given our room key and told to use the elevator to go to the first floor (apparently the front desk is on the second floor), but when we exited the elevator, it was extremely unclear where to go as you're immediately faced with banquet rooms and that's it. Turns out you have to go through an exit door to another hallway and then up some stairs to get to the rooms. Every floor is like this, where you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the rooms or amenities. There are very few signs to guide you. Secondly, the building has a major plumbing problem. We got to our room, put our stuff down, and went to have dinner. When we came back, the bathroom floor was covered in water. We went to the front desk and they moved us to the third floor, which was good in terms of the speed of fixing the issue, but the new room also had water on the floor and in the tub. I wiped it up and it didn't seem to come back, but I saw dried timescale on the black counterr under the sink which indicates that there was standing water that dried. It's clear the plumbing is a persistent issue because when we checked out, someone in front of me was complaining about the water in their room. So clearly the issue is there and just hasn't been dealt with.
