Malakwa Vacation Packages

The entire hotel needs a major renovation, especially considering the cost of the room (the highest per night rate I have ever paid and we have stayed at Fairmont properties). I am quite disappointed. The A/C unit sounded like an airplane taking off and shook the TV cabinet so it rattled. It since was 37 degrees in Kelowna and we couldn’t sleep with the A/C on or off because it got too hot we had a poor sleep. We moved to a different room for a second night and this one was missing the smoke detector. A pretty significant safety issue. The hotel is tired as are their systems. I had to request my bill 3 times to be emailed. I have yet to get a call back from a manager to address any of the above issues. I have requested a call 3 times already and I am not holding by breath. I would not stay at this property again.

Super suite qui est en fait un appartement avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, salon, cuisine, salle de lavage et balcon avec table et chaises. Piscine, jacuzzi qui ferment à 23h et Gym ouvert 24h. Vue de la piscine est superbe avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes. BBQ disponibles à la piscine. Parfait emplacement sur le bord de l’eau à quelques minutes à pieds de la marina, des plages et des restaurants. Le Boardwalk est juste à coté. Location de vélo, e bike, scoot, jet ski, bateau, juste à coté. C’était génial!

Everyone was very friendly that I communicated with, the unit itself was beautiful and all the rooms were perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend this rental and cannot wait to return.

Perfect for 4 people. We stayed for 3 nights and the amenities were perfect. Well stocked. Instructions were clear. This is a beach front property. Highly recommended. We would come back again

It was a great cottage with direct lake access. Loved how private it was. The cottage itself was super clean and renovated nicely. Definitely would stay here again!
