"This is one of my favorite places to visit. The views are gorgeous. The ghost town took me hours to see everything cause there is so much there. The staff were all super friendly. There are many little birds flying around the gardens which is fun to watch from the rooms balcony. I food at the restaurant was good. The whole experience was very relaxing."

"Huge accomodation perfect for a family. Washing machine in the unite. Large sitting / communal space in the kitchen with gorgeous views over the river. 3 bathrooms! Very impressed with our stay here and would book with this company again. You do need a car to access downtown Revelstoke is all I would say. "

"Ok-this hotel is definitely for the budget conscious. Photos on the website look cottage-cute, but in reality, it’s a very old and tired motel with the cheapest of attempts at sprucing it up…. rather unsuccessfully. The beds are comfortable and there is a great little sofa in the room. It is small, cramped and fitted with a1960/1970 bathtub in the room we stayed in. Although it was clean(ish), the tired look of this place just begs the question of just how sanitary was it? Guys at the front desk were friendly on the phone, but at check-in, there was no sense of personal attention. Gave us the key and ignored us. The “best room in the hotel” was allocated to us, and that room had a 9.5 star rating when we booked. To be fair, it might be so to those who are work guys or transport people looking for a place to stay overnight or for a month and don’t care about much. But this is a budget motel and serves a particular clientele. Fair enough-there’s a place for everyone, but just take care that it’s what you’re expecting. "
