"I could not say enough good things about this house and about Janna. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is absolutely unreal, and the location couldn’t be better. We were also there while the Kona Low began and Janna was so attentive and checked in on us multiple times. She also came in the beginning of our stay and showed us some helpful things that would be useful during our stay. We plan to be back!"

"Would give 3.5 stars if I could add a half star. This is one of the newer resorts in Wailea I think. A little further up from the beach but still very close so that shouldn't be a deterrent. Staff were excellent which is the bulk of the 3.5 stars and the pool area is quite beautiful. However- the restaurant is terrible. Ate there multiple times due to no other options because of the Kona storm. Minimal effort, the food is BAD (except the fries, those are great!). Overpriced. At one point I ordered a chicken caesar salad- I got a salad but certainly not that. A pile of lettuce, parmesan shards from a shaker, and a small pile of teriyaki chicken, slightly overcooked. Bizarre. No room service which is disappointing but they have a mobile pick-up service where they put your food in take-out containers and you get it at the front desk. Not much else in terms of amenities. The hotel itself is crazy overpriced for what you get- if they reduced the rooms a little then it would be more understandable. But the staff really are excellent which is the saving grace."

"This was an amazing spot. The condo was a better choice for us over staying at a neighboring resort. I would recommend 10/10! Our friends that stayed next door at other resorts wished they would have gotten a condo here as well. It offers all the amenities you would need and easy access to garage parking."

"The staff is wonderful. We were there for our anniversary and we got complimentary upgrade to executive room, complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry to make it more special. The resort itself is magnificent, the pools are splendid. They have thier own cove which is great to snorkel. We also get to watch the whales from the infinity pool. "

"We were a party of 6 spread into 2 rooms. We were in the tower, which was fine- although not that convenient since we were at the kids pool everyday, which is on the other side of the resort. The housekeeping service was excellent- never disturbed us - always working around when we were out. Rooms were left tidy and clean. Mostly, we spent our days at the kids pool. Chairs were plentiful and service was top notch. Easy to order lunch and drinks without having to go anywhere. Pool was really awesome for kids to play at and the water slides were great. Always kept clean and accessible. Towels and complimentary sunscreen were amazing. Our kids also enjoyed the lobby area and games room. We had a family member babysit kids in this area while we went for dinner and it was easy to keep them all entertained. The resort shops had nice beach wear and the store has whatever you might want. We didn't rent a car and felt that we had a great time staying at the resort all week. Small groceries and hot/cold deli is available across the street at Island Grocer. I would have liked a fridge that was a little bigger. The shops at the mall across had nice summer clothing and I bought some new pieces there. We ate at the buffet a few times and the food was delicious and the value was good if travelling with kids 5 and under. There was low cost DIY laundry at the bottom of tower- which we appreciated. We had a wonderful holiday!!"
