The staff and room were excellent. The daily breakfast was wonderful. The BEST croissants anywhere!! It was nice to have the guest laundry; the appliances need to be updated though. The only thing we can think of is a propane bbq(s) would be very much appreciated. Charcoal takes much too long to wait be fire you can cook your meal.

Beautiful property, in an amazing location. However there were a few things that rubbed me the wrong way while staying at this resort. Shuttle communication from the airport was not clear and took a while for pick up. Upon arrival majority of staff were very pleasant and welcoming however there were a handful that had terrible attitudes and customer service, trinity at the front desk being the main one. Her lack of professionalism really tainted my first impression. I do want to highlight Taj who was extremely helpful and polite. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected, dust and debris throughout room and bathroom. Also my room didn’t have any face towels, I did receive some after I inquired. For the amount you pay to stay here I overall just expected better.
