Looking to Repeat

The unit was excellent as was the whole place. Check-in was smooth and staff were really helpful and friendly. Mama's restaurant was incredible. The children enjoyed the pool and the walk to Mullet Bay was easy.

honestly exceeded my groups expectations. We rented a three bedroom condo and the place was very spacious. Very clean and the campus itself was just beautiful. Pool was very enjoyable and we did take advantage of the dining being so close. definitely a very quiet and peaceful property. Not very close to any beach but was a short 15 minute walk to Mullet Bay. I would easily use this property again for future stays. The only downfall was finding the person responsible to check in with but it only took about 15 minutes to find her. So there was no check-in location for the property.

This is not a hotel but a rental. The apartment itself is great no issues there but the bed is hard rock, they provide 2 tiny terrible pillows and only 2 towels. Not even a bath mat and there is a big sign in the bathroom that towels cannot be used on the floor, obviously we had a choice between slipping or not. We ended up buying more towels as there is no service of any kind. You can arrange a cleaning for an insane price. Property is ok, there is a nice supermarket on site. The pool is green and looks dirty so we didnt use it.

Excellent! Very convenient with onsite grocery and dining and right on the Dutch-French border of the island. Unit was very large with excellent amenities all around. Outside terrace was enormous and very nice for the end of the day.

Check-in was after office closed at 5p,we got keys from Securit at front gate. Little did we know that both or our GATE SENSORS were dead, so we could not get back into gates after venturing out to dinner at one of the onsight restaurants. We tried calling the office at the after-hours phone number twice the next day but nobody ever returned our calls. Thus, any and all of our problems/questions were never answered or resolved. Apartment had MOLD in showers, especially in master, so did not use after discovered on 1st night. Mold was a major problem with our allergies, so we were extremely uncomfortable. We would advise a complete cleaning/mold removal before renting to any future Hotels.com guests as this was very unacceptable.

We rented a 3 bedroomed apartment. It was enormous. Clean, spacious, lovely views over the marina and lagoon. Well appointed and equipped, though could have done with a decent kitchen knife. It has a Nespresso machine; had I known I would have brought pods with me as they are considerably more expensive in the on-site supermarket. Has washing machine and tumble dryer and full kitchen with American style fridge freezer wit ice maker. Very friendly management team, though actually all our interactions were by phone and text; very helpful when our arrival was delayed by 24hours. A minor problem with the accommodation was dealt with promptly. There is a good range of eateries in the piazza. Very handy for the airport and local beaches, and taxis fairly priced and plentiful if you want to go further afield. Altogether very deserving of it’s 5 star reviews

Great location. they could update furniture, tv was small, WiFi was slow needed a WiFi extended. Staff was great, please is clean. Good deal for price. Probably wouldn’t stay again with out some updates. No pool, hot tub, safe location.
