"Over all it was just okay, we went without hot water last day of our stay, had to text in order to communicate with care taker, house was not up to what was presented to us. Have stayed many times in Mahahual and this was the worst experience. "

No potable water or means to light stove provided; base for water dispenser there but needed to buy garafone to use. "The property was great and very secure. The beds were very comfortable. Could have used a bath mat of some kind sort to step out of the shower on. We also could have used more towels for 3 women for 5 nights(4) wasn’t enough. There were no beach towels provided. Had to ask for bottled water and trash bags as there wasn’t any. The property manager responded quickly and took care of everything we asked for. We would stay again mainly because of location and the property management team and...
