"Hotel is in a great locatoin in the city, putting you within walking distance of the parks, bars, restaurants, and other attractions. It's directly attached to the historic Arcade and it's beautiful, however the arcade appears to be mostly vacant with only a couple of restaurants and services inside. The hotel itself is decent but needs updating. Stained and snagged carpet, walls were knicked and scraped up, fixtures in the room coming out of the walls, one of our lights in the room didn't work, outlets were so worn they wouldn't hold phone chargers, etc. I would stay here again as it was "good enough" for the price, but it's not the best room in the world. "

"Breakfast was the best part of our stay. Rooms are outdated and could definitely use a refresh. Staff limited pool time by making you sign up for time slots but did NOTHING to reinforce the time usage. Maybe have a staff member go in and assure people are honoring the request so the people who do honor the time a lot can actually have an enjoyable time."

"Room was clean but furnishings could use some updating. Staff friendly and efficient. Fitness center had enough equipment for the number of people utilizing it. Major benefit is that it is right across from Progressive Field. Otherwise, not the best Hilton Garden Inn we’ve visited."
