Got a switch on rooms, not notified until we arrived
I signed up for a one bedroom suite - with the description noting a separate bedroom, with a door. We arrived and advised none were available, and given a general suite. While not horrible, I am very dissatisfied with my first experience with VRBO being a switch without notification. I take medications that cause significant problems sleeping. We specifically chose a one bedroom suite with door to allow my husband to sleep. At the hotel, they were polite, but simply noted no such suites available. I do not believe we will use VRBO again.

Great location for a visit to Cuyahoga Valley National Park
Close to CVNP and a really easy place to stay. The kitchen is very helpful to have and we cooked food in the unit every night. Really loved the substitution of the carryout breakfast option (yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, cereal) instead of the hot food buffet. Really perfect for what we needed and very cost-effective.

Great clean room!
Great stay. Really very clean and very reassuring in these times. Staff was very careful about protocol for everything, signage everywhere, sanitizing supplies in the room (alcohol wipes) and the room was very clean. Only down side was that our room had an adjoining door that was locked, but through it we could hear someone speaking loudly on the phone most of the night.
