Very clean room. Spacious with the perk of a kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer combination. More like a small apartment vs a hotel room. Nice hot breakfast each day until 11:00am… really appreciate the later end time. Great location in downtown Evanston… super close to CTA station, coffee shop, bakery etc. Easy commute to the city. Convenient on-site parking. A stellar deal for a great spot!! Would stay here again 110%!!

Lauren treated us impeccably well. We had some issues with our suite upon arrival and she was quick to offer a solution. When things got worse, she swiftly made changes and offered more solutions. She went above and beyond and made our week-long stay (with a baby and dog in tow) pleasant, memorable and enjoyable! Just returned from a three night stay at the villa. 10 plus stars. Surpassed my expectations. Hosts and staff were incredible, accommodations fit for royalty. So impressed with our room, indoor and outdoor sitting areas, and the fully stocked kitchen. Villa is in a safe neighbourhood, walking distance from shopping, dinning and attractions. I will only be staying here when visiting Chicago in the future. I highly recommend it
