"Staff were terrific. Breakfast had lots of good options. Pool area was a nice bonus. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Canal right out front. Apartment had everything you needed."
"The pictures are deceiving the Inn is inside a big building. There is no parking space in this area at night and during the day you have to pay for street parking. Once you are inside the Inn is really homey. I enjoyed the bedding. Only complaint would be that I couldn't control the temperature in the room. I was hot in the morning and I couldn't open the window."
"The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly and relaxed. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace every morning. The hotel was perfect to walk to the lido or local pizzerias (about 20mins) the bus service was frequent and easy to get to from the train station. I'd definitely come again and recommend to others who want a relaxing family friendly experience "
"Large room not far from port, city center and train station. Shopping and food within a few blocks. Shower os small (20" × 30"). Parking is 1 block away but expensive (25 euro per 14 hours). Area can be a little noisy at night with windows open. Overall a good stay. "
"Bella villa cui potrebbe migliorare lo stato: ha un po' l'aspetto di un vecchio museo quando avrebbe potenzialità eccellenti. Sistemare alcune piastrelle del bagno della camera dove ho soggiornato. Ottima colazione"

4/5 Good
"Lovely hotel just outside the centre.
We had a superior double.
Pros
Great room in the circular tower with the most amazing full semi circle floor to ceiling window and sweeping balcony. We could see the leaning tower from our bed, fabulous. Modern room.
Comfy bed, big TV, safe, fridge, coffee machine, chairs to sit by the tv, large good bathroom, nice shower.
Good location about 15 minute walk to the centre along an easy to follow footpath, you do have to pass under a fairly noisy unpleasent traffic tunnel but theres pedestrian paths.
Views of the tower.
Polite friendly staff on check in and the bar area. We didnt use the restaurant but it looked very nice.
Parking available but at a 15 euro charge
Cons (we were out of season)
Pool and sky lounge closed which was a shame as the weather was lovely.
Its advertised as 5 star and im sure the facilities and rooms warrent this, but dont expect a uk style 5 star savoy lol. The corridors had very warn dirty carpets, broken mirrors, bin in the room broken, mould in the shower. Nothing terrible that impacts your stay as such just to be aware of. Although they are not charging 5 star prices so that should tell you what you need to know.
Extremely happy with a fabulous room and view, would definitely stay again"
"Amazing service, very supportive and concern about the wellbeing of the guests, both Claudio and Mervina went above and beyond to make sure we would feel welcome. "
"Very handy location for the train station and Airport/PisaMover. Also not too far a walk into the historic part of Pisa. Stayed here twice now, perfect location for a one or two night stay before travelling on by train to other areas of Italy."
