"The hotel was lovely, very clean and modern and staff super friendly and helpful. However the location isn’t the best, it’s a good 30-40 minute walk into the centre or 10-15 euro taxi ride. "The staff were very helpful. We had a smooth late check in. The hotel is very close to the leaning tower and the train station so it's easy to get to for example Florence and cinque terre.
