"The street looks a little scary when arriving at night but is probably safe due to enough people being out and about. The noise was somewhat abated by the shutters. Most of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The overnight desk clerk was not so nice. "Great little hotel right next to the station and in a few minutes' walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops in the city centre. It's also super convenient for the airport. My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It took a little while for hot water to come through but it wasn't so cold that I couldn't shower."

"I was disappointed to find out that this hotel was tucked away in an awkward location. I read that it was a 15 min walk from the leaning tower of Pisa but it is actually a 15/20 minute drive instead. There is a bus stop fairly close by that tou can walk to but this only runs once an hour. The rooms are very basic but this is expected for the price however they are clean and comfortable.
