"Don't be fooled by the style of hotel as it's a blend of student and hotel on the property but it's a very well run and executed system. Very good people and very good food in a unique place very close to the train station Santa Maria Novella. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. Rooms are not too spacious but they are clean and you're only there to sleep. Enjoy it."

I arrived at midnight so it was very good to straight away check in at the hotel across the road from the arrival terminal and settle for the rest of the night in order to sleep well and be fresh and ready for the days ahead in Milan. Amazing bed, bathroom and staff. Loved it"

"We just had a wonderful stay at the Montecarlo in Venice. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was operational in the month of April. We would highly recommend the hotel to others. I have one complaint and it is minor. I wished they could have served meatless scrambled eggs in the morning. There was bacon and sausage available on the table to accompany the eggs for meat eaters."
