"If you are looking for a hotel that honors paid reservations then continue looking for another hotel. This location leaves people with reservations out in the cold scrambling to find a room."

"Overall good. Good location. I would stay again because it meets my location requirements. The room was very clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. For a Hilton I was surprised by the following things. Could use to upgrade the bedding, it was not comfortable. The bathroom was clean however the attempt at refinishing the tub was peeling off and the no skid rubber on the tub bottom was not clean. TV was not working well and kept going dark and had to be restarted which sometimes fixed it. When I called about it they agreed to compensate but ultimately they didn’t and I forgot to remind them at checkout. Carpet in the room was damp. No privacy/quiet, I was able to clearly hear conversations in the adjacent room and hallways."

"Wonderful home with a beautiful pool in West Babylon. Host Sheena is very welcoming and a great communicator. She responded to my questions during our stay within a few minutes. There are smart TVs in each of the three bedrooms, and a large flat screen in the living room with three couches to comfortably watch a movie or sporting event with friends and family. Comfortable beds and impeccably clean throughout the house. The outdoor area near the pool has several lounge chairs, a table to eat outside, and a lighted gazebo with seating for at least six people. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area."

"Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again."

"With enough bedroom space to sleep a small army and a kitchen and living space to match, I can't imagine this place ever being too small for your getaway, retreat, or family event. The style is grand and the effect is notable, with the house itself serving as a conversation peice. Every amenity is provided, from a pot filler over the stove to a spacious hot tub and an impressive array of well-appointed bathrooms, each with all toiletries included. The host was communicative and welcoming and we very much appreciated him trusting our large group, including a small child, with this superflously excellent mansion house."
