"Very helpful communication with Natasha regarding our arrival time and progress during our road trip, and very welcoming when we arrived after a long day of driving. Outstanding spotless and clean room! Delicious breakfast served at 9 o'clock, and a very accommodating and nourishing "to-go" breakfasts prepared for us on the road as we had over 550 miles to drive the following day, Woodstock is a definite stay if we pass through in the future!"

"I look forward to a future trip at the InterContinental Kansas City at The Plaza by IHG. The entire staff were friendly, very accommodating and made me and my husband feel valued as guests. The valet, restaurant, the front desk, housekeeping, provided exceptional customer services. The hotel was clean, pool area relaxing, the outside entry area, the lobby and the media room was very inviting. Mr. and Mrs. Hall really enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the entire staff for representing the hotel as exceptional employees. Please convey this message to the staff."

"This hotel was perfect for our needs at a fair price. The front desk staff were friendly, our room was clean, the AC worked, what more could we ask for. The pool looked fun but we didn’t end up going in since it was a short trip. The free breakfast is pretty decent! For something that is free, they offer a good variety of hot, cold, baked, fruit, dairy choices. My personal favorite was the biscuits and gravy and the pancake machine! The location is nice too. It’s right off of the highway, there are a handful of food places one could walk to, police station across the street, and IKEA is less than a mile up the road for a fun visit! The area felt very safe, which is always my main concern when booking a hotel in a city I’m unfamiliar with. The area around the hotel was clean and I didn’t see any sketchy folk. We would totally stay here again when we come back to KC"

"Loved this hotel, there was a delay when checking in because of an issue with our room being assigned to another person with my same name, but they fixed it quick and actually gave us two private king sized bed rooms instead of a single room with two queen beds. So it was a little annoying to wait for so long to get our room specially after a long Fifa world cup match day, but still they fixed it quick and we had a great night of sleep"
