"The water in the shower/bathtub drained very slowly. Although the room had been cleaned, the soap in the shower area was missing. There was no conditioner, so I had to go down to the front desk to get some. Since there was only one person at the reception, I had to wait a very long time whenever someone else was ahead of me or staff is on the phon. Even when calling the reception from my room, it was difficult to get through because there was only one staff member on duty."

The staff at the desk and the breakfast area was very nice. The breakfast was good and you have options. I enjoyed my stay. Keep up the cleanliness and the fresh smell throughout!!"
