"Fantastic hotel at a fantastic location. We found the area to be quite safe contrary to some of the negative online reviews. Hotel allowed us to explore more of the Hollywood walk than we would do otherwise. Tour buses depart from walking distance, making everything really easy with young kids"

"The biggest issue I had was the water in the room don’t work correctly. I notified the front desk and they sent someone to fix it, but it wasn’t fixed. The shower would turn completely off while I was in it. The sink faucet wouldn’t release water when you turned the nozzle on. The toilet wouldn’t flush everytime you tried to flush it. They definitely need to do something about their plumbing. "

"The Omni hotel is excellent- the staff are all super friendly and helpful - The receptionist Prime was particularly friendly, sweet and helpful to us - a really great receptionist to have on the front desk:0) and Charlie was great too and helped us out with our cases. The rooms are quiet, beds comfortable and it has a lovely atmosphere. Thank you! "

"The hotel is currently under renovation, closing the restaurant and impacting other amenities on the property. Given the renovation, we were also placed in building 4 which is near the road and quite nosey. The renovation wasn’t disclosed during my booking, and most definitely would have impacted our decision to stay at this property. "
