After connecting, the site also said that all fees were included, and there would be no other charges. However, after reserving the property, I was hit a day later with an additional fee for pets amounting to 150\. My daughter and I drove out from Arizona and we were so content here for the week. The cottage is so cozy and had everything we needed. Mark was helpful and accomodating, working with me to extend our stay when something came up. The place is just so cute and I can't wait to come back and stay again in the future. I also loved the neighborhood with the charming homes and beautiful flowers and trees. We walked to the Italian restaurant around the corner and had a delicious meal. The place is also a short walk to the beach. Parking is all on street which at times really filled up, but we always managed to find a spot. I really enjoyed being in the Long Beach area which is new for us, and there are just so many cute little shops and restaurants to check out. So much to do and I felt perfectly safe in Mark's adorable little studio house. We loved staying here and highly recommend this place if you are in the Long Beach area. ##### Mary B. This was a perfect studio for my friend and I to visit Long Beach. It’s a quiet and cute neighborhood with a nice easy walk to the beach.
