« raps et serviettes sales. Télévision qui ne marche pas. Moquette tachée. Le personnel de ménage se permettent de manger la nourriture qui était dans ma chambre. Pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain. Le seul point positif : la localisation. L’hôtel m’a prélevé 50$ en plus sur mon compte, je ne comprends pas. J’ai envoyé un mail et appelé mais personne ne répond évidemment. »

« Hello, I enjoyed my stay in San Antonio, but this listing is very confusing. I payed extra to check in early when I got to the property and used the code they gave me and when to relax after a long travel day someone walked into the house while laying down it was a maintenance guy. Then, following an hour later, I had four gentlemen use a code and walked into the house saying that they were booked. A confusing time was there. Management told me that I was booked for the guest house in the back...

« Les lits etaient tres mous et inconfortables. Il n y avait pas du tout assez de places pour ce garer avec 22h ,pleins de voitures en double files impossible de se garer correctement . La piscine etait propre . Le petit dejeuner correct sans plus »

« Just a very low-end standard room… nothing fancy! My room felt like a box: just basics, no decor… everything was cheap (towels and sheets are low quality stuff)! It was just an overnight trip for me. I could have complained about the 2 hairs in the tub but I ALWAYS sanitize everything… I just sprayed the whole thing down and later rinsed it out! I always wear shower shoes… will I stay there again? NO »

« The breakfast was maybe the best included breakfast at a hotel that I've ever had. Eggs were fluffy, sausage was real and hot, potatoes were excellent and also hot, and the biscuits were herbed and super flaky. Very impressed! »

« La chambre est annoncée avec 2 lits de deux personnes toutefois les lits sont exigus 1,20m de large. Le parking est plutôt cher 32$ +taxes la nuit. Tout le reste est super et l’emplacement est juste parfait à 100m du Riverwalk »
