"This house would be good enough with just the docks, boat ramp, and screened porch with a wide lake view, but it also happens to have a great layout for multiple family members to have some privacy, and it’s in a nice cove off of the main lake, and Break on the Lake. We are already booked for another family trip."

"The house was great; well-equipped and stocked with everything you might need to cook and play games. The steps between the house and the lake were well constructed but challenging for the older renter, but we are probably in better shape! The dock was perfect for our pontoon rental day, and safe for swimming. Enjoyed the swing on the dock (but it does hit the cable on the boat lift when you swing too high). All in all it was a nice stay and the family enjoyed it!"

"The manager was great to work with. We were in the area for family wedding and some family arrived on a red eye flight Manager let us have the house before the 4:00 check in time which was so helpful. The few minor issues along the way were promptly taken care of. Would highly recommend this place."

"We were a group of 8 senior ladies playing in a golf tournament at the Links at Stoney Point. The golf course was very easily accessible from this house -17 minutes. We found the house very, very clean and well appointed for our needs. Since it had 6 bedrooms, there were enough beds - only two of us had to share a king bed. And there were 2 1/2 baths downstairs and 1 1/2 upstairs. It appeared that all the appliances were brand new. There was a wonderful large table in the dining room that easily...

It was well located for our needs- just twenty minutes to the venue and twenty minutes in the other direction to downtown Greenville. Adam was an excellent and polite communicator, and we encountered no problems. The house was clean and very well equipped. We highly recommend this rental."

"We had what could be a major issue that the host resolved quickly. Great communicator!! The property has a few little quirks typical for a VRBO. (Very limited counter space in the kitchen, door locks on the bathroom) Biggest win is the location. You can walk to numerous great restaurants. We had a golf weekend and there were some great courses in the area."

"Wonderful for us country folks, Wonderful for the dog as he is a farmboy. The place was nicely attired with lots of items. the only thing we could say is the odor upon first entering was off putting, maybe the heat vents? the place was clean so not sure what that was. Lots of coyote yipping at night. Loved the heifers, made us feel at home."

"The property was beautiful. We really enjoyed kayaking, swimming and fishing. The sunsets are amazing. The closet was packed with games for the whole family. The sunroom offered an escape from the night time bugs outdoors. Everyone, including our two dogs had a blast. The only negative was the amount of bugs we encountered indoors-luckily two fly swatters were provided to combat the horse flies and such."

"Stayed with a few friends for a relaxing fishing trip and it was unanimously loved by everyone. Location was in a quiet cove with a great view and a very nice dock and yard. Plenty of spots to hang out and decompress. Stephanie is great, very accommodating and was completely on top of whatever we needed. House is very clean and we loved the lake cabin theme. The neighbor is so cool as well. Absolutely 0 complaints and we will definitely be coming back, Thanks again!"

"We booked this property for friends and family attending my son's wedding. The grounds were beautiful, home was clean and nicely decorated. We loved how close it was to shopping and Greensville but had a quiet country feeling when there. The pool was lovely and it was warm enough to swim. There was plenty of space for everyone who stayed and the host was easy to communicate with. It was the perfect place for want we needed."

"This property exceeded our expectations. The furniture was comfortable, the bedrooms were laid out very well and the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The bathrooms were fully stocked with plenty of towels and extra hygiene items for us to use if we needed them. I travel to this area frequently to visit family, and this is the only property I will be reserving in the future."

"Had a great time at this quiet, secluded property on Lake Greenwood. Was awesome to have the boat ramp on the property which was more that suitable for launching our 21' boat, along with the dock to tie-off. The cove on the south end of the lake was very peaceful, and the numerous recreational items around the property added to the enjoyment. Definitely on our list for a repeat visit!"
