"Great and quiet location. Easy access to public transportation. The place is clean, communication with manager is easy and prompt. I'd suggest a little more warmth to the home, such as rugs, mirrors, plants as well as more hangers and benches in the bedrooms so we can place clothes and miscellaneous stuff at an easy reach! Also, the description says there's a futon couch in the living room, but actually it is just a sectional couch with unremovable cushions, which isn't perfect for comfort....

"Brought our adult sons & their fiancés for a family vacay. Wanted a location that was a perfect come & go for everyone and this was definitely it🤗. Going to miss waking up in the master suite with the comfiest bed & linens ever! After you visit Alcatraz can we recommend watching The Rock on the ginormous TV in that king bed?! SO FUN!! Sad to leave but thrilled to have been."

"I needed a place to stay in the Marin area while I was in-between jobs. France's studio was perfect. Centrally located between all the little towns in Marin. While easy access to Sir Francis Drake Blvd, the location has a feel of being in the woods. I especially loved all the redwood woods outside the studio. "The apartment is very nice and clean with lots of storage and closet space. It is charming and unique. Although we didn’t spend any time in the outdoor area, it was nice to look at from the room. We easily got on the street parking across from the rental, which was a big plus. The surrounding blocks don’t offer much in the way of shops or restaurants or coffee places, but Uber is readily available."
