"A good location in proximity to Philly but near the River on Hector across from apartments where occupants gathered until the late hours. Parking was tough to find on the busy street in the evenings. The home was older but generally clean. A bit musty smelling with a few screw ends here and there sticking out in places. Plenty of space and everyone had their own room. Beds are firm which we like. Plenty of fresh towels. Booking is unforgiving with 1/2 non refundable immediately (even if...

"This was the perfect place to give kids/young adults their own space to chill downstairs. The large couch and air hockey table were a big hit! I truly appreciated the comfortable beds, thoughtful amenities, open living space and fully-stocked kitchen. My son and his friends had an absolute blast. We loved the dog portraits and cool furniture - a rustic feel with modern style and comfort. 10 out of 10, good"

"Clean and bright large, private room with wonderful King bed in renovated townhouse across from small park. Very clean shared bathroom. Washing machine and dryer in hall. Free street parking and spots were always available. Downstairs kitchen is not shared. Never saw the long-term tenants. Great way to stay close to beautiful Fairmont Park on a budget!"

"Truly an amazing place to stay. In Philly, it is very hard to find a place that is updated, clean, in a good location, and has parking. This is the only place we found that had all four and it did not disappoint. Everything you need is there - full laundry in the unit, lots of space, central air and parking is a garage!! There are even THREE hair dryers, which should tell you how well stocked the place is! Could not be happier with our time at this gem!"
