First floor -- living room with high ceilings eat-in kitchen and French doors to a small private patio. Second floor - Two bedrooms are separated by a super small study with two separate doors to each of the bedrooms. One bedroom has access to this study. Third Floor -- Two bedrooms one on each end of the hall. The front bedroom has two doors, one to the hall, one to the bathroom. The bathroom on this floor is in the middle of the floor with two doors, one to the front bathroom and one to the hall accessible for the back bedroom. The house has central air and hardwood floors throughout. We fell in love with this bright and airy corner town home's high ceilings, original details, and amazing desirable location. We've aimed to furnish the entire house for a comfortable stay while maintaining this historical house's charm and details. The beds are made with freshly laundered sheets, towels, and of course, cleaned for your stay. We purchased this home after enjoying hosting a smaller house nearby that is my parents' primary home when they are in the United States. We hope you will enjoy your stay in this new house during your visit to Philadelphia. Please note we do not allow for local guests.
