Signs at the check-in were patronizing and sarcastic regarding ringing the bell for service and for depositing your keys when checking out. The hand soap pump in the bathroom had been diluted with water. The air conditioning would not cool the room down so the room was way too hot. King bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows, and the sheets were very wrinkled and not crisp. There was mould around the shower and the location of the bathroom was not ideal as it was within two feet of the head of the bed. The window was dirty and overlooked an area where it looked like things no longer needed were thrown.

The view was amazing!!! A little help with the coffee maker in the morning would be helpful. Guests were making coffee and it wasn’t very good!!! A little protein would have been nice for breakfast.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and had a wonderful time! The place was very clean, check-in/out was super easy, and the host was friendly and welcoming. It’s located right above Crabby Joe’s, which makes it perfect if you’re looking for a lively area and some nightlife. We loved being right on the strip so everything Grand Bend has to offer was just a short walk away. We’ll definitely be back again and are already looking forward to it!
