This establishment should not be rated more than 1 star. I have been in 2 star hotels that are way better than that. For the price I paid, it is definitely not worth it. For a few dollars more, you could get a 4 star hotel. I would not price this hotel more than $100. They overcharge because Grand Bend is a hip place to go.

Dark unlit back door and dark hallways.
Uneven room floors which nauseated me.
Bed was too low and too hard. New mattress is needed.
Very little space to hang clothes.
No instructions on use of tv remote.
Air conditioner didn't work so left sliding doors open, and blinds left up only to have a huge sign lights flashing all night.
The small room was cute with a nice new bathroom but other problems took away from that. Staff was good .
