Lake Mead National Recreation Area Vacation Packages

We stayed in the Masquerade Tower in a non-renovated room and I would never stay in that tower or room type again… the faucets in shower and sinks were broken, the ac didn’t work and we had to move rooms, the sheets and towels were rough along with the toilet paper and the carpets and furniture were really worn out

No pool towels and there’s red dot/blood found on my bed, and 2 elevators down so there’s a long line of people waiting to go in the elevator, other than that the staff was excellent and check in a breeze

Check in and staff were great. We were told the room we reserved was no longer available even though it was confirmed by Expedia. They gave us a similar room. It was a loft with King bed which was good. The sofa double bed was horrible. The mattress was old and yellow. We tried sleeping on it with sheets but the mattress was so old we could feel all the metal parts of the bed dig into our bodies. I don’t recommend staying here if you plan to use the sofa bed.
