"We loved the pool and hot tub. Outdoor area was well attended to. The theme park shuttles were accurate to the schedules. We just wish that the timing allowed us to attend the evening shows. The late return shuttles are either at 930 which doesn’t allow you to watch the full show. Or at 1045pm which means you are waiting over an hour after the park closes. It would also be nice if there was a return shuttle scheduled once in the middle of the day. "

"We really liked this resort, I will definitely stay there again if I am going to Orlando. Very convenient location if you are going to the theme parks. I only have two complaints: One is that they charge extra for almost all the amenities. Two is that the amenities are not always working, even the restaurants. "
