Cozy Home by a Golf Course with pool and 20 min from Disney, not party property

"House is in a nice gated community. Over all the house is nice. Air conditioner froze on first day was asked to leave it off for 4 hours during the hot part of the day to fix it which was not ideal. Was given no instructions on checking in ,no warning about security gate nor any checkout information. Over allI give it three stars. After not hearing from the host 24 hours before checkin I drove to the house a few hours early due to an issue with my wife’s mobility scooter only got messages back after I arrived at house. Host was kind enough to let us in early. But communication was very difficult"

"We enjoyed the property very much. Pool was great and plenty of room. We didn’t get a chance to use the game room but it had pool table and fuss ball. Nice size kitchen too."

"Gorgeous house! We had the most wonderful stay, the house is spacious and comfy. The pool was perfect, we chose not to heat it because of the time of year and it was lovely, cool and refreshing in the morning then heated up by the sun throughout the day. Really great location, some great food options nearby and close to the main road to drive to other areas where we booked activities. Peo was a great host, kept in contact on the lead up to our stay so we had all the info we needed and a super smooth check in. Couldn't find a fault, would absolutely recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in Orlando!"

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Es war sauber und alles wie auf den Bildern auch zu sehen. Es wurde für das Wohnzimmer ein neuer TV angeschafft, so dass man abends auch mal Netflix und Co schauen kann. Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber und klar und die Kinder hatten ihre Freude daran. Was ein wenig schade war, war dass es in jedem Bad nur eine einzige Toilettenrolle gab und ein kleines Stück Handseife. Das war jetzt nicht schlimm und ein Walmart sowie ein Dollartree war in Laufentfernung, doch es viel halt auf, weil wir diese Problematik bei unserem Urlaub nur in einer einzigen Unterkunft hatten und bei 5 Personen 2 Toilettenrollen zu wenig war. Was die Kinder ganz toll fanden, war die "Schatzsuche" im Haus. Es wurde sich viel Mühe gemacht und das Haus ist in einer tollen gesicherten Wohngegend mitten auf dem Golfplatz. Der Preis für diese Gegend war auch super, daher die gute Bewertung, ABER es wären in nächster Zeit wirklich ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten nötig. Man sieht dem Haus das Alter der Ausstattung an. Am schlimmsten fand ich persönlich die Couch, die optisch schön, aber einfach nur total durchgesessen ist. Man sitzt dort schon auf der unteren Balkenkonstruktion und die Poolmöbel.... es war ohne dass man Handtücher drunterlegt gar nicht möglich draußen zu sitzen, weil diese wirklich alt und auch durch die ganze Feuchtigkeit schon schimmelig waren, hier würde ich Sitzgelegenheiten ohne Polster empfehlen, denen die Feuchtigkeit nichts ankann."
