"Our host gave us great directions for self check in, though we had no idea had to call the elevator. But once other guests showed up to tell us how the elevator worked, everything else about the stay was great. We could walk to the beach, had easy access to the amazing Panderri bakery and restaurant, and easy access to the food kiosks. The sheets could use upgrading, but the bed and shower were great, and the refrigerator and microwave were welcome. "

"Property is beautiful. Sits on almost a private beach. Absolutely breathtaking. Location very convenient for getting to area attractions. Full grocery store, Walgreens and even McDonald's only 10 minutes away. Restaurants galore. Delicious food. Unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Huge living room with nice sized balcony. And kitchen fully equipped for any cook. Had a most wonderful time, highly recommend to all."

Minor inconvenience was shower curtain non functional , water would be everywhere in bathroom after shower, sink drain was very slow. Otherwise a wonderful stay."

" The Hyatt Regency was absolutely the best place that I’ve ever stayed my two adult children and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Everyone there was so polite. The staff was wonderful very attentive. The rooms were gorgeous. I had the garden view just as beautiful as the ocean view with all the birds and the trees and the palm trees. Everywhere our rooms were cleaned every single day the staff at the bars were wonderful. Nefertiti was the best server ever she was with the sandbar, Israel was also wonderful. He was the welcoming staff Anthony was at Nori was our waiter who was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t rave enough about this place. I will say that this place is completely exclusive away from a lot of things it sits at the bottom of the rainforest in which the views are absolutely beautiful , the prices for the drinks the only thing that I can say was the average drink with taxes and gratuity cost $20 per drink, which was in a small cup to make the cups a little bit larger. The food and every restaurant was wonderful room service was absolutely perfect , and they even sent us all of the accommodations that we need I can’t rave about this place. Kayaking was awesome. The ocean was fantastic. The pool was wonderful. Everything about this place was phenomenal. I was suggest everybody to go here. "
