This oceanfront residence is located in the heart of La Jolla Village, offers beautiful white water ocean views, and is the perfect option for those who want to be directly in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The spacious back patio has a hot tub, barbecue, and a table for alfresco dining - outdoor living has never been easier!

The home was recently updated with new hardwood floors. A gated front patio leads you to this home where an intimate great room greets you with a living room where you can relax and find your calm as you enjoy its ocean views, a beautiful fireplace, and a TV from its comfortable seating options. The dining room has a table and mirrored walls that create an excellent sense of spaciousness. A modern, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make meals and snacks for all.

The primary suite offers a large TV and a fireplace to help you make this a sweet enclave from the rest of the world. Two guest bedrooms have TVs, and another boasts direct ocean views and a fireplace. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premier linens to ensure your comfort at all times.

Stunning views and great location
Everything was amazing. It is not quite what the pictures show but still great. Know that the back bedroom upstairs is accessed through the bathroom with the shower and closet. Have close people in the other room with you. The beds were wonderful, soft, and clean. There was a rug thrown in the closet that I believe went under the table. Some sand in the corners, and the floor is a little sandy, But to be expected. I would stay there again.

Upon this representing certain aspects of the property, I was not told that it was off premises parking and over one block away in a parking garage. Also La Casa are a group of liars and give a false sense of security and communication. Thank you

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When we arrived, there was no towel, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel, nothing to clean the dishes. The stove wasn't working. There was no light outside to do BBQ. most of the lights were not working specially upstairs light in the bathroom which was hazardous someone could fall and get hurt. It was many more problems with this property. I do not recommend anyone to go to this property. Very unhappy. It ruined my vacation.

Best Location in La Jolla, but place needs an upgrade....
OK - Cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed our time at the place. Has just amazing views from the upstairs balcony. Great people watching as cars and joggers and families walking are constant from morning till the sunset. Place was clean, except for a couple things: The outdoor dining talbe was dirty and very, very dated. The balcony glass had bird poop streaks. Now the bad: The carpets just have to be replaced immediately. For a place this nice and expensive, you just cannot have spotted, thin and kind of nasty carpets - given it is dog friendly they should just do hardwood. What we really loved was being able to have our dog with us, Just a great place to take walks, and many of the bars/restaurants are dog friendly! Would we come back? Very likely, but would really hope that they get the carpets pulled/replaced.
