Place was very nice and well located. 10 min walk to the Ballena National Park entrance. It was very warm and no fan strong enough to keep windows opened so we had to use air conditioning and leave curtains closed. So we did no feel like staying very long inside. No private exterior area to
Relax but there was a great common area with deep pool ! I do recommand if the only thing you need is sleep and shower.

Room and bathroom were very spacious, staff were very accommodating, and 5-7 min walk to beach so fabulous location. Only reason why score is lower is party was going on one of nights and feel they could’ve let us know that music was going to be blaring no matter where you were in the hotel! Also, service outside of breakfast is very slow and forgot to put our lunch order thru so waited over an hour - although they did comp it which was decent of them.

Overall a great stay. Fabulous location, kids loved the pool. The greenery is so good! Much better than most hotels. Breakfast was nice (not amazing, though). Some things are getting a bit run down, but I imagine maintenance in the tropics is pretty challenging.
