"What a great choice I made! I wanted a more nature and star gazing evening. I came in from Nago and the kind host let me check in 2 hours early! That is rare in Japan. The outside at fist had me wondering but when I looked inside the room it was huge and so clean I was so happy! "Amazing hotel- the staff were all lovely and so kind! The breakfast buffet was excellent! The rooms were so spacious and clean. They provided all the lovely bathroom products - bath salts, toothbrushes etc. they also gave us fresh pajamas every night which were lovely!! I would just say that while we were there 2 of the pools were closed which was super disappointing as one of the reasons we booked here is because they had not listed any pool closures. As well, the only other adult pool was always full and it might have been nice to open up the day beds for free to provide additional seating at the adult pool. The pool staff were super polite and accommodating when seating became available and even came to find us at the general pool when a spot became available. Beach and swimming area was great and well attended by staff. Overall lovely experience! I would not hesitate to stay here again!"

When you finally receive your eggs, the coffee you also need to request from a waiter will be cold. This minor oversight makes the experience rather disappointing, especially considering the variety and quality of the buffet."
