Thanks to the staff at the Club Lounge but in particular to Manui (not remembering his name completely) who suggested a room upgrade for my family (2 children). The room was great and we really enjoyed all 4 nights!!! The hotel is in great condition and having access to the Club Lounge for breakfast with my children. Although the facilities feel a bit dated, I believe that the kindness and hospitality of the staff are one of the most important factors when choosing a hotel. Among them, there was a female staff member at the breakfast restaurant—her name might be “Mino?”—whose genuine kindness really stood out. If you have breakfast here, I highly recommend dining in the section managed by Mino.
