The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located on a picturesque section of beach and the grounds are well laid out and appealing, with beautiful plants, trees, flowers and other foliage. The interior and common areas are clean and well maintained and the interior plants and fish ponds are amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the style may be a bit dated. FYI: bed mattresses are quite firm and the beds are a little smaller than their American counterparts. The hotel location is convenient, with a Lawson's store near the property entrance, and dozens of shops and restaurants within a half mile walk from the hotel. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet with many, and varying food options and an excellent dinner buffet, as well. There are two other restaurants on the property (though we did not try them) and a bar overlooking the beach. Parking is ample and easy to get in and out. The hotel has several stores with toiletries, snacks, artwork, clothing, etc. and vending machines, too. There is also an outdoor smoking area, complete with a garden and water feature. The hotel has two pools and the beach has rentable lounge chairs and umbrellas and a number of water activities are available for a fee.
