We’re staying here for 4 nights, wonderful environment and considerate amenity to all the guests. The staff are friendly but not speak English at all, mostly likely to communicate with body language. To be concluded, it’s a lovely holiday hotel that I would come again.

All six beds were in the room and were very comfortable. The lounge bar was 👌👌. Loved that little getaway!! he comfort was definitely worth the price

I stayed at this hotel for one night and the service was terrible. The staff cannot speak English. There are five people staying in the same room but there were only two pieces of key cards. The worst of all, I stayed there for one night but was charged twice to my credit card. Super terrible service, everyone should avoid this hotel!

めっちゃきれいでいろんな施設が新鮮でした ただ朝食の時にスタッフがいなくてめちゃ待たされました 近くのフロントに声かけしてもあちらでお待ちくださいしか言われないので待っていたら結局フロントの人が受付して最初からやって欲しかったです

食事をする場所は明るい色で揃えられて楽しい気分にさせてくれる空間でした。また、エントランスや部屋のアロマの香りが漂い気持ちがよかったです。ラウンジがいくつかあり飲み物も飲めるしダーツやビリヤードで楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました。

五日間お世話になりました。スタッフの皆さまの対応をはじめ、お食事やお部屋の設備など、とても満足できる滞在でした。 一点気になったのは、210号室のクーラーの効きがやや弱く、夜は生ぬるい風が出ることがありました。ただ、テラスのお風呂に設置されているクーラーの風を部屋に送り込むことで快適に過ごせました。 また、ドリンクサービス（ジュースやお酒の飲み放題）は大変ありがたかったです。できればジュース・お水・炭酸などは24時間利用でき、紙コップのみオッケーで対応していただけるとさらに嬉しいと思いました。 朝食も美味しかったのですが、ご飯のおかずのバリエーションがもう少し変わると、より楽しめると感じました。 全体としては大満足で、また機会があればぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

アネックス館に泊まったので、本当に静かで遊び疲れて帰ってきてグッスリ快眠できて旅行を楽しめた。 少し歩いたら綺麗な海もあってサンセットも綺麗に見えて最高でした。 スタッフさんも、みんな良い方でした。 また来たいなぁ〜と思えるホテルです。

このホテルが好きで2度目の宿泊でした！ お部屋は清潔で、広々としているので過ごしやすいです。 コインランドリーの数がもう少し多いと混み合わないかなと思います。 朝食バイキングはとっても美味しいです☺︎ 友達に勧めています。

建物の部屋数からしてエレベーターが1機しか無いのは不便であり、緊急時には危険。朝食に沖縄料理が少ない。価格の割に部屋が狭くバスタブが無いのもショック！近くにレストラン等が少ないのも・・次回は利用しない！
