The lovely people taken care of the place and communicating with me were very sweet and gracious. The great facility is also located on the wonderful island where there’s plenty to do and I walked every day and looked at the shops and swim every day in the ocean as well. I’ve visited over 20 countries and spent time in Hawaii twice as well. This by far has been the most relaxing of any vacation I’ve ever had. The kitchen as well equipped. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well. The on-site workers do not speak English so I would just communicate in an email through Expedia conversations and they would respond within minutes, even after hours. property conditions & facilities, communication 広いスペースなのにほとんど全て清潔で、アメニティや家具も十分揃っていたので快適でした。ネット環境もよくfire stickTVでアマプラやYouTubeが楽しめたのも良かったです。周辺は店などはないですが自販機はあったので夜間飲み物の追加ができるのも便利でした。 一棟なので音も他のホテルのようにそこまで気を使う必要はなく、花火やバーベキューができたり、大人数での宿泊が可能だったりと自由度が高いのもありがたかったです。宿泊しているみなさんもルールを守っており騒音など気になることはありませんでした。 これで一泊料金が他のホテルより安い部類に入るのが素晴らしいと思います。 一点だけ、ホテル施設に出入りする道が一本道で周囲が木々に囲まれ舗装されていないため、両方から車が鉢合わせた場合、どちらかがバックでかなりの距離を下がらないといけないのが不便でした。チェックアウト時間だと後ろからも車が詰まったりしているため、朝の特定の時間だけホテル側からの一方通行などのルールがあればより快適かなと思います。 ##### すずか Stayed 1 night in Aug 2025 nagisa Feb 1, 2024 Liked: Communication Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities ちょっと辛口なレビューですがこちらに泊まられる方に参考になればと思います。 施設自体の清潔度は問題なしで清掃もきちんとされています。 備品も揃えてあり問題なしです。 スタッフの方も好印象でした。 ですが他の方もレビューされている方がいましたが以下の点がダメでした。 １、ベッドが最悪。 例えると病院の診察ベッドです。 横幅はとても狭くマットの硬さ？がなんともいえないほど寝心地が悪く３泊しましたが疲れているのに寝れませんでした。 2、水道の水が臭い コップを洗って飲み物を飲むと 水道の水の匂いが残ってて飲めませんでした。 それほど臭い。 3、お願い事が多い チェックイン時に渡されたお願い事の紙… 色々とお願い事が記載されていましたが、 一番ビックリなのが 退出時にはお部屋の清掃をお願いします。 との事。 お客さんが部屋を清掃するの？と ビックリしました。 清掃道具もきっちりお部屋に置かれていました。 4、1階から２階に上がる階段ですがちょうど登り切ったところが床が落ちそうなぐらいギシギシ音がなっていて怖かったです。
