At the time of check-out, the employee decided to charge me for the room in which he had canceled and already confirmed his cancellation at check-in. The employee delayed us for just over 1 hour, we missed our bus (which passes by the hotel every 2 hours only), he said that it was not the hotel's problem to miss the bus, and we missed our flight because we arrived at the top of check-in time and could not board. We need to pay one more hotel and fees for re-embarkation. All because of the bad management of the hotel. The accommodation was ok. Everyone was very welcoming, and the people around us received us very well. Verified traveller Sep 2, 2024 Liked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 交通：地點算偏遠、道路偏小、晚上沒路燈，但才能有寧靜沙灘美景(非住宿客可付停車費¥500、清潔費¥300)(對面古宇力海灘人潮爆滿)。 房間：別墅樓(for Hotels.com)房間很大，但除了床鋪，就多一組四人桌椅。陽台主要是面泳池。浴室看來有稍微整修過，雖然水龍頭有很多水垢，但牆壁磁磚縫卻沒發霉痕跡，每日房間打掃、鏡子馬桶擦拭等，基本清潔還是有的，可能是偏遠老飯店員工不多，無法做徹底清潔工作吧。 早餐：提供傳統沖繩日式菜色，樣式沒有很豪華，但提供份量很充足，品質有達水準，服務人員也算殷勤收拾。 設施：泳池不大，適合小朋友遊玩，也有拿來做潛水前講習。海灘一部分有防水母網子，外圍部份是可以看得到小魚群游泳，透明度算高，因為這內海風浪較小。其他海上活動可參考日本網紅影片(https://youtu.be/r6A1CLz0I4w) 飯店應該是泡沫經濟時期蓋的，規模很大，但實際運作的房間大概不到一半(看陽台冷氣設備)。員工年紀普遍偏大，但服務工作、態度還是有一般日本飯店標準。 如果是偏重海灘美景、悠閒放空，不在乎設備老舊，是可以選擇這家價錢不貴的海灘飯店，讓他們可以在競爭的新興飯店市場下生存下去。
