Our flight was delayed, but they graciously agreed to meet us at the rental car agency to save us some time. Much appreciated. Everything we needed was provided and the condo is in outstanding shape. Would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is staying on the west side of the big island. We hope we can be back some day.
