Best. Place. Ever.

Heaven might just be Naroua Villas. We stayed in the honeymoons suite and it was the best experience we have ever had at a hotel/resort/vacation. The view is spectacular and the sunsets are unreal. The service is top notch - Pong is fantastic! It might sound like ordering food in and having to take a taxi into town means you are missing out ... But the one time we went out to dinner we basically couldn't wait to be back at the villa. Book one more night than you think you need and spend the extra money for this place - we wish we could've spent a full week there and are already trying to come back next year.

Un lieu fantastique

Que dire quand chaque matin vous pouvez admirer la baie de Koh Tao, les bateaux, la mer, et chaque soir le coucher de soleil face à votre villa, dans la piscine à débordement ! La logistique est au top avec une villa très bien équipée pour y vivre en autarcie, et avec la possibilité de bouger en taxi-pick-up mis à disposition (avec un délai d'une heure à chaque mouvement !). Et Monsieur Pong est au petit soin; le propriétaire, Andy, est disponible pour répondre et conseiller en français. Le seul bémol est que, sans la capacité de conduire un scooter dans des conditions "délicates" (puisqu'il n'y a aucune possibilité de louer une voiture), l'accès est tellement "hard" et pentu, vous êtes cloué sur cette belle place: dans votre villa !

Nice hotel with very friendly staff

We stayed at the villa for 8 days and everything was perfect. Beside the great pool, the staff was very friendly and the driver was always reliable.

calme et luxe avec vue

Villa idéale pour notre famille de 5 (dont 2 ados et une enfant). La villa en elle même n'a rien de spectaculaire (à part la vue, à couper le souffle), mais elle est néanmoins celle que les enfants ont préférée, sur les 3 louées pendant notre séjour en Thaïlande: accueillante, ouverte, calme et luxueuse sans ostentation. Un seul problème, qui n'aura malheureusement pas été réglé pendant le séjour: forte odeur de fosse septique (doublé d'une climatisation défaillante) dans la chambre du bas. Une surprenante incohérence par rapport au "sans fautes" du reste de la prestation. Une mention spéciale pour le manager, Pong, incroyable d'efficacité, de disponibilité et de gentillesse. Il a très grandement contribué à faire de notre séjour un moment exceptionnel. Naroua Villas est en cours d'expansion (mais nous n'avons pas du tout été dérangé par les travaux), et c'est tant mieux pour ceux qui pourront, plus nombreux, bénéficier de son hospitalité.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons été pris en charge par Pong des notre arrivée au port. Téléphone avec contacts utiles intégrés mis à notre disposition , on a bénéficier d'un vrai service de conciergerie HDG. Quand à la villa .... Une pure merveille!!! Une vue à couper le souffle , une décoration soignée , vraiment on a passé 5 jours au top. Petits bémols : nous étions 2 familles avec de jeunes enfants , et la balustrade ne nous a pas inspirée confiance et nous a même stressé pour les enfants.... La même chose avec une vitre pour ne pas gâcher la vue serait plus sécurisante. Aussi, les 2 chambres dispo sont de gamme un peu différentes (en gros celle de L étage est bien mieux que celle du dessous c est donc un peu inégal à partager ;-) on a dû tirer au sort !!
