This property hosts an optional New Year's Eve gala dinner for guests staying on December 31, 2024. Guests who wish to attend must book the gala dinner at least 7 days in advance. Fees are THB 3,600 per adult and THB 1,800 per child ages 2-11, collected by the property. There are no fees for children age 1 and younger to attend with paying adults.

The departure schedule from November to April leaving Ao Por Grand Marina is 11 AM, noon, 1 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM and returning from the resort at 10 AM, 11 AM, noon, 1 PM, and 3 PM. Passengers are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. Guests must pay the speedboat fee in advance online or at the property on arrival. Roundtrip speedboats are available for up to 10 persons between dawn and dusk, subject to weather conditions.

So here is the thing this resort itself is beautiful and we had a pleasant stay. However getting here was the biggest scam….. so the hotel states we should book the transportation 48 hours before the check in as you can only get there by a boat but they sent this email about transportation and how to get there 1 day after I booked and my fault was I booked it the day I was going to check in . So long story short we needed up paying 4500 Bhatt just to get there… also another 1800 to leave the island. I just wish the hotel had been more clear on how to get there as well as there schedule for ferry service

This resort is gorgeous and includes several activities and night shows. Our villa was impecable and so original. After 5 days in Phuket we felt like being at this hotel was the cherry on top! We regretted not coming sooner! We traveled with my 4 year old daughter and we had so much fun participating in Thai dance class, enjoying live music and fire shows. The only downside is that the hotel is far from all excursions and is pricey to reserve their speedboats which is the only way to get to and out of the island

Overall it was pretty cool experience. However, everything they charge service fee for each item. All the activities are over charged. I recommend to go outside of the property for a better price.

This property was amazing. The pictures don’t even explain the beauty. I loved it. I almost cried leaving. The beach is beautiful, the restaurants amazing and the staff great. The only problem is that you can only leave the property at 10 am and have to be back by 4 pm because it’s only accessible by speed boat. So if you need to do something after 4 pm, you can’t get back to the hotel. So beware of that. So maybe 3 nights here and the rest elsewhere

I got food poisoning from a Wagyu steak that almost got me to the hospital. The response from the hotel is to ask me to sign a release form before I left, after deducting only the cost of the steak itself from that meal. Food was very bad, which should be considered on long stays. Best to get delivery and not room service as food. We had only pizza and vegetarian pad Thai for a week after the food poisoning. Employees look miserable working there, which we haven’t seen anywhere else. Everything is extremely over priced. Food and laundry more expensive from even hotels that cost for one night as much as this hotel costs per week. Seems ridiculous and greedy.

Had to wait 30 minutes in the heat for a car to pick me up while also being sick with a cold and fever. I couldn’t get out of bed the day before and my girlfriend asked if she could take food from the breakfast buffet back to the room and was told we can’t. I guess I shouldn’t eat if I’m sick. Overpriced food and activities. The free Muay Thai isn’t actually free because you have to pay 450 baht per person for hand wraps. 6 hour motorbike rent was 1000 baht.

Dont be deceived by the pic on expedia. This place need a major upgrade. Woods is starting to rots out in the room we stay at. This place charge tax on foods, drinks, and ask for tips. This place has become like America, asking for tip for everything.

While we only stayed 2 nights for a birthday we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Absolutely breathtaking beautiful. The grounds are stunning, the staff are fantastic. Plenty to do even in the not so good weather. Highly recommend a visit.

The villa was great. We loved the pool. Cleaning service did not come last 2 days and when u have a bathroom w exposure to outdoors and rain storms each night. Cleaning was a must! We had all kinds of icky bugs after the storms. We also called for a car at checkout and one drove by and we tried waving them down but they didnt stop. The staff however in the restaurants were great!

My stay at Santhiya Resort & Spa was utter bliss. I traveled solo and my 3 days here was pure luxury. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the property was very well maintained, and the beach massages were some of the best I've ever experienced. I would come back to this property a million times over!
