DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL. THE OWNER IS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND HAS RIPPED US OFF BY DOIBLE BOOKING OUR ROOM AND REFUSING TO REFUND US. We arrived at the hotel one day later than our booking to find our room had been let to someone else. We had emailed the property twice to tell them we would be a day late. The owner hadn’t read the emails and offered us a room at her friend’s place for a night, and wanted an additional 3000THB as a key deposit, which we turned down. She then told us we could get a refund through Expedia and find somewhere else to stay. 2 weeks on and she is refusing to give us a refund and Expedia won’t refund us either. We wasted £385 on this hotel, we wasted a day looking for alternative accommodation the day before New Year’s Eve, travelling with 2 children. Expedia has so far offered a £50 voucher which we have turned down. We are hoping for a further resolution.
