"Communication with the host was great, but the house itself had a smell to it and didn’t seem very clean (we swept up pet hair from the floor that didn’t belong to us). We also had cop cars with sirens on the road twice during the night. We decided to go home vs. stay for our second night. The pictures posted make the place look in better shape than reality. Overall, it met our needs, but I would not stay here again. "

"This is a great location to explore the area. We went to Milan, Sandusky, Marblehead and Catawba Island, and Vermilion, all within 20-25 minutes drive. I liked that Huron is a little bit quieter town and the waterfront was very nice to walk all around. You can walk to the lighthouse and restaurants, the marina, a coffee shop and ice cream Drive In all from this hotel. They had a good breakfast too, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc."
