I messaged the host and received no response. To be fair, I did message late at night, but didn’t expect an immediate response that late. I did however expect a response in the morning but was ignored. I stay at Vrbo’s fairly often and most places have a binder full of instructions for things like this and a phone number to contact the host. This property does not have that. I found a gem in this rental. It is so neat. Like a trip back in time. The retro kitchen and decor kept me on the couch for a good 20 minutes while I stared at all the little bits or work they put into making this a cool "surf house". The beds were very comfortable and everything worked as promised. The location of the house is very close to both the lake as well as local places to shop and eat.
