This cottage is special because we could bring our puppy and take him to the beach nearby. "This is a rustic place, but nice. Kitchen is large and bathroom is good sized. Two things to consider before booking: 1. You need to bring your own towels and bedding. 2.You need to pay entry fees and parking to stay in Lakeside. It was $90/day for two adults, two children and on-site parking during the summer. You will be asked for your admission when entering and leaving. Lakeside is nice, and it was very homey. "

"The cottage was very clean and convenient to all the Lakeside fun, without blocks and blocks of walking. The owners are in the house next door and truly could not have been kinder or more helpful. The only slight drawback was that the AC was window units in the living area and the master bedroom. The second bedroom was quite warm, especially with the morning sun coming through the block window. We got some fans and were good. Of course, the best part was being able to bring our beloved pup!"

"We LOVE Kelley’s Island and have been coming yearly for over 20 years. As the family has grown us “kids” now have spouses etc and so there was a need for more room. This house is absolutely perfect.
