« The main problem I had was that the host didn’t communicate the check-in information or the app didn’t work as it should have because I created an account with an Apple ID. I could not access the property, it was getting late and cold and I needed to find a place for us and my two year old son. The host hasn’t refunded me and I have lost my money. This is the reason why I am giving this review. »

« Alex always makes sure of a good stay. Clean and peaceful property. Very welcoming and accommodating. Takes time out to check in and always offer to assist with anything needed. This was my second stay and will definitely recommend to travelers whether you're staying as a family/group or alone. Thanks again Alex. »

« Disappointed with this stay. The property was not as clean or well-maintained as advertised. I found a torn couch, dirty bathroom with leftover soap from previous guests, dirty refrigerator, worn towels, and overall poor cleanliness. The listed address also did not match the actual property location. I contacted both the host and VRBO and documented everything with photos. Would not stay here again. »

« Very spacious - way more room than anticipated for a Williamsburg rental. Great location - coffee and scones across the street, MTA 6 min walk, a number of great bakeries and cafes within walking distance. Great amenities - plenty of fridge space for late night pizza debates, hot water in the bathroom, filtered water in the fridge, great bed. Near enough to nightlife, but not so close to be disruptive. Highly recommend. »

« The apartment was freezing when we arrived. The host did not answer our repeated emails and calls for several hours. Eventually we found out by talking to a man in the hallway that he was fixing the boiler, and heat started trickling in slowly. Unfortunately, brown water also started trickling down from the living room ceiling. Multiple leaks started and it looked like cracks were forming in the ceiling. We eventually reached the host, who told us it was likely leaking from the apartment above...
