"Room was dirty: stains on blankets, sheets, and towels. Staff: tall guy around the pull area would allow something one day and change his mind the next. Indoor pool is over crowded. "

"Room was clean. Beds not too comfy, but I am particular. I would book again. It's great for the price. Still a really nice hotel. Just remember to leave your towel tickets somewhere in the room I think if they don't find them in there it's $40 a towel. The chlorine was really good. Hopefully I will be able to go back next year. "The room was clean, and the creekside balcony with the sounds of water and the wind in the trees was mesmerizing. The view out the other window overlooking an immense sea of green grass was great. The room came with a microwave and tiny but adequate fridge. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dimly lit. It had a good shower. Overall, a decent stay. "

"The hotel lobby is beautiful! Everything was clean and rooms were great. Breakfast was okay- your standard hotel breakfast. Lots of buses coming through so breakfast was packed and a wait but the staff handled it well. We all expected the pool to be much bigger considering the size of the hotel- not ideal for families with Littles and a packed pool- just made it overwhelming. Would be a great place for bigger and older groups though. "
